About the treatment

When a tooth cannot be saved, or a wisdom tooth has no room to come through and causes pain or inflammation, extraction is the right solution. It is done under local anaesthetic and with care.

After the extraction we give you clear instructions for the following days, so healing goes as well as possible.

When it is needed

• Impacted or partially impacted wisdom teeth
• Badly damaged teeth that cannot be saved
• Pain or inflammation around a wisdom tooth
• Space needed for orthodontic treatment

How it works

   Anaesthetic

   The area is numbed so you feel no pain.

   Extraction

   The tooth is carefully removed.
