About the treatment

When decay damages a tooth, the affected part is carefully removed and replaced with a composite material that matches the colour of the tooth. A tooth-coloured filling blends in with the natural tooth and protects it from further damage.

The earlier decay is treated, the smaller the damage and the simpler the treatment.
